Formula 1 September 2017

There were crashes galore, safety cars, started wet, ended dry, which tyre are you going to put on, who is going to put slicks on first…………… For a technical geek like me, it was absolutely perfect and I wonder if Sebastian Vettel will get told off for destroying both Ferraris before even the first corner. Formula 1 is the most expensive racing car ever made. They are worth about £3million and to total them the way they did is just extraordinary. 

 

However, here is a little tip, see if you can find Guy Martin at F1 on Channel 4, which I watched this weekend. It was fascinating – an insight into how these teams work – an insight into just how many people it takes to put one car around a piece of tarmac.
